• Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (exact period may vary depending on the product category).
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including packaging, certificates, and accessories.
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or engraved items.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
• Discounted or clearance items marked as Final Sale.

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.
4. Ship the product back using a trackable and insured courier service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes are non-refundable.
